About Lauren

I’m a UX design lead with a love for problem solving and beautiful and efficient interfaces. I appreciate the evolution of the user experience industry and the variety of backgrounds that designers can offer to a team. I’ve learned from so many designers during my career, both junior and senior. I strive to foster an environment where each designer understands they have something to bring to the table, no matter their experience level and to be open to learning from others.

“Jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one” describes my professional journey. My degree in fine arts and graphic design has been used in various environments that have lead to building a set of trades and skills. From managing a clothing retail store, to an online light bulb company, to leading mission teams into the jungles of Belize and fundraising galas, I’ve gained skills in communications, customer service, marketing, fundraising, design, project management, and more.

I’m a wife and mother with two daughters and two fur babies. I enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places.
